I hate plastic grass Easter basket filler!

Easter grass alternative:
I cant stand the mess of  plastic Easter grass. I don't like the paper kind much more.  So to avoid the annoyance and save money I got creative at the store.
I did not even want to buy one bag- but it appeared I'd actually need 4...
Which was gonna cost less than $5 but the thought was almost torture!
Then suddenly, a miracle: God blessed me with a easter grass cure...
I pushed my cart down to the isle where I found my fabulous score...
Good sized Pillows for $2.50 stuffed with puffy clouds of white so pure..
I'd cut it & gut it & use its filling to do what that awful grass was used for...
It can hold up high even the tiny treats! It's  prettier, puffier &  better for sure..
Now I won't  be buying that dreaded stringy grass stuff for easter baskets anymore.

Stuff/fill the bottom of easter baskets with pillow fluff--- I found new pillows, (nicely sized) for $2.50 at Walmart. Just cut open the pillow & pull out the stuffing--- Push it into the bottom of the Easter basket as needed--- it holds things up, inside the basket, much better than the grass ever does. Also consider using wads of colorful tissue paper, or sheets of colored felt crumpled up. Both can be purchased for nearly the same cost as the grass. The pillow was actually cheaper for me since I have three baskets to fill. I might even reuse the fluff for a craft later in the day. Or put it back in the pillow and sew it back up. We'll see how sticky it gets after the kids get ahold of it. Happy Easter! Have a God day!
